Review: This is the third of LD's books to focus on black gay chanteur Johnny Ray Rousseau, and finds him returning to his Deep Southern roots following the death of his 'husband.' It is as always with this writer a witty, fluid, easy read, sexy and charming and also at certain moments intensely moving. 'Heartwarming' in the best, most genuine sense of the word. Wonderful.
