Rating: Summary: Insightful Family Drama -- Amazing Character Psychology Review: The magic of literature, when it touches you in some inexplicable way, is exemplified in Jim Gladstone's The Big Book of Misunderstanding. The subtle nuances of family and childhood issues are evoked in the way a scent can revive one's own memories. This book is a sweet, touching memoir that many of our generation can relate to, regardless of their life's path. I highly recommend this as a great read for any audience.
Rating: Summary: A Good Read Review: This is a good gift for someone who enjoys a good well written book, that is lighthearted and yet meaty. It deals with family life and finding one's identity. The setting is in Philadelphia and suburbs. A good read. Too bad Oprah doesn't still have her book club. I received this as a gift and am grateful to have read it.
