Review: ***********
One of the best yet. This book is a must for anyone who has ever experienced love in the true sence. Spitfire moved me in many ways. I laughed, I cried, I wished, I hoped and dreamed through the pages.

This story in which G. Glass has graciously shared with us is a story one could only hope but have a portion of the love it has between the pages in our own lives.

G. Glass is on a rarity of writters one could have the honor of reading. I just wish it didn't have to end. Spitfire leaves you wanting more, which I am sure we will be seeing much more of her writting in the future. I will of course be purchasing them all.

Summary: Peeved
Review: For the most part, this book has good intentions, and I applaud the author for her bravery in holding her creation aloft for all to see. The plot isn't concise as it waffles through time and experiences, but the writing created some warmth for the characters. I liked that they had distinct flaws and I liked that they did have to work to achieve goals. I did not like that the main character was dull, and I seriously have to question the decision of naming a protagonist "Spit".

My largest amount of frustration arises again in the form of bad editting. I feel very strongly that a book is the result of a partnership between author and editor. In this case, I believe the author was done a disservice as the editting was deplorable. I strongly encourage the editor to use spell-checks and grammar checks in the future.

Summary: Pathetic Editing
Review: I read the other Amazon reviews for this book and was anxious to read it, but less than 10 pages in I was ready to throw it away.

The story was too unbelievable. For starters, the doctor wants to jump her patient's bones the second she's brought into the ER. This is unethical to say the least. That same doctor goes through a pregnancy and a horrible auto accident, and doesn't seem to understand any of the medical lingo. The firefighter has an almost psychotic aversion to relationships, but asks the doctor to move in on their second date. That's taking the U-Haul joke a bit too far.

On top of the pathetic excuse for a story, the editor of this book should find a new job. On page 23, I started flagging the gross errors with Post-it flags. After 19 flags, I stopped on page 101 when I ran out. These errors were very distracting. Examples? Using "buy" instead of "by" in the sentence "I'll come BUY later." "Make YOUR SELVES comfortable." (yourselves is one word!) "She NEW what was meant to come." (this form of "new" is spelled with a K!) The book is also riddled with punctuation errors and omissions (ex., missing quotation marks, missing commas, etc.) This was all incredibly distracting. I expect this in a beta-version book, but it's unacceptable in a published version. Shame on the editors.

I noticed the book is now out of print. This is a good thing. Recommended for a 5th grade English class to use for editing exercises, accompanied with a glass of cold milk and a bag of oreos.

Review: I was pulled into this book and couldn't put it down.
The characters Of Ashley and Dillon show the kind of relationship that all of us want to have. Even thru their down times, they hang in there and keep their love strong.
G.Glass is an exceptional writer and i look forward to reading more from her in the future.

Summary: WONDERFUL..... SIMPLY WONDERFUL !
Review: Ok, first of all let's say that this reviewer called "Curious Political" is completely out of track with her review. Did she even read the book?

This book is simply just really good. Sexy enough and never trashy, witty and captivating, this book will bring you into a world where you will believe that love is possible and is there to grab for the ones who really want it.

I literally fell in love with the characters from the first pages, especially the sexy firefighter.

If you want to go through a wide range of emotions through a single book, SpitFire is for you!

You will be literally pulled into this book and you will see that it is hard to put it down.

The excerpts about G.Glass's next book called "Rock Star' that we can find at the end of "Spitfire" just make us want to rush to reserve our copy.

G.Glass is an exceptional writer and has a wonderful way to write about romances. A writer we are looking forward to reading more from her in the future.
