Summary: A celebration of civil rights ...
Review: One of the most moving photo-essays I have seen in too long to remember. There are images that are moving, that made me laugh, that brought a lump to my throat and a tear to my eye. This book is essential for the coffee table of anyone who believes in civil rights, or for any family members who aren't yet convinced that two people who love each other should be able to get married, and will be my new wedding gift for any couple, gay or straight. What an amazing tribute to the more than 4,000 couples who battled rain, cold, wind, and hateful protestors to show their love to the world--and most importantly to each other--and to make history at the same time.
