Summary: so good.
Review: I remain continually impressed by Radclyffe. This stands head and shoulders above many books I've found in this "genre."

This is her first true sequel (I believe), and she handles it with ease. It's not redundant or forced but rather truely follows the continuing experiences of Cam and Blair.
Her strong characterizations still power the storyline and spill over as some of the minor characters are further developed.

It's quality storytelling that balances Action, Intrigue and Emotional honesty. While it can stand alone as an engrossing read, it's only ten times better if you've read "Above All, Honor."

Summary: Stunning Sequel
Review: In HONOR BOUND, Radclyffe continues the romantic saga of Cameron Roberts and Blair Powell, introduced in ABOVE ALL, HONOR. When Blair's stalker -- whose bullet nearly ended Cam's life -- resurfaces, the president himself recalls Cameron to her previous duty as commander of the Secret Service detail protecting the first daughter. Although she fears that Blair will never forgive her for once again putting her life on the line to protect Blair, Cam accepts the detail, only to find herself -- and Blair -- enmeshed in a tangle of inter-agency politics that place their lives, and their love, at risk.

Radclyffe has rapidly become recognized as the most exciting, skilled, and erotic writer of lesbian romance of the new century. In HONOR BOUND, her first-ever sequel, she pushes the traditional bounds of romance fiction. Instead of ending the story with the lovers getting together, here she explores what happens the morning after: how do two strong women combine their very separate lives to build a life together? This story is brilliantly plotted, sizzlingly erotic, and romantic as only Radclyffe can conjure. Read it today -- and then continue the saga of Cam and Blair in LOVE & HONOR, the third book of the series.

Summary: Duty, Honor and Love Abound!
Review: In this tremendous sequel to Above All, Honor the limits of love as well as friendship will be tested? Almost dying from a bullet meant for the First Daughter - Blair Powell, Secret Service Agent Cameron Roberts is assigned to fieldwork and no longer commanding Blair's security detail. When she is unexpectedly re-assigned to the command, Blair is not happy. But what do you do when the directive comes from the highest office in the United States?

As they work to balance the demands of both job and their love for each other, trouble rears its ugly head. Who is creating this problem and why? Is it someone from one of their pasts or someone new? Was this trouble the reason Cameron was brought back? What price will it or the demands of Cameron's job cost both women? As they struggle to overcome obstacles placed in their path, you find yourself cheering for them to hang onto the love they've found with each other.

Radclyffe is a superb writer and proves it once again with this book. Honor Bound is a perfect tale of how much love, "honor", and duty can impact your day to day life and the basic struggle to just survive.

Summary: Stunning Sequel
Review: Radclyffe follows up her hug hit, Above All, Honor with the amazing Honor Bound, the second in the Honor series. She continues the tale of Blair Powell, the gorgeous headstrong daughter of the President and Cameron Roberts, her powerful and sexy chief secret service agent. No-one writes lesbian romance like Radclyffe. All of her books are intelligent, sexy stories with amazing characters and this one is no different.

If you don't know Radclyffe's work, start with the Honor series. And then join the ranks of addicted and loyal fans.

Summary: Even better now
Review: This is second book about Blaire and Cam and its even better than the first one. Now that I knew characters better it was easier for me to "feel" them, to understand them.
