Review: There was definitely nothing erotic about this book. If anything it took the magic away from how amazing this experience can really be. It did have some eliment of sentiment but other than that it bored me, and I found it hard to get threw many of the stories, and eventually gave up.

Summary: The beauty of the first time Lesbian Experience
Review: This is an excellent book for the woman who has had or has contemplated a lesbian experience. Elegantly written, it is an exquisite compilation of stories which chronicle the first-time lesbian experiences of many women. The stories cross all sociopolitical, economic and racial lines. There was much in this tome to which I could relate. I cannot praise this book enough!

Summary: Incredible. Impossible to put down.
Review: This is one of the most incredible books I have ever read. I can't put it down. The stories are interesting and emotional. I highly reccomend this to anyone, male or female, straight, gay or bi. It is especially helpful for those that are bi-curious. I believe it gives an accurate picture of what it's like for lesbian and bisexual women to start a relationship for another woman. The pre-Stonewall stories are especially interesting from a historical standpoint.

Summary: How about as many stars as the sky on a clear night?
Review: This was my first lesbian book I've ever read. It helped me realize what is in store for me in my future as I had just realized I am a lesbian. I also bought the book as a gift for a friend who helped me come out. We experienced the book together and were delighted by it to say the least. It does not include S&M or any other types of bondage. I cannot imagine a more perfect book to help me come to terms with my own sexuality. Reading it for the second time through is as good as the first time as I'm sure my third and fourth time will feel. Thank you to all the brilliant authors for sharing their wonderful stories of first times.

Review: When my best friend gave me this book I didn't know what to say to her. But when I read it I was in tears. I can relate to the stories so well. Being young(17)its great to have found this book.
