Review: This book is the one that hooked me on Karin Kallmaker. It was as if she knew me, and created the character of Shay right out of my life. I've never met my Anthea, but I'm looking under every rock for her!

Summary: At last! A romance I can relate to!
Review: This book was really great. It was funny and light but there was some serious stuff too. Racism and class differences. There was a lot of reasons for the two women *not* to get together, but they work them out. It was also really terrific to have one woman be Asian American, realistically so. I really identified. I don't usually read romances because they don't touch me, but I'm glad a friend turned me on to this one.
