Summary: GREAT BOOK!
Review: This is one of the best fiction books I have read in a long time...it breaks all the "formulas" and makes me ask questions I thought I knew the answers to. It was entertaining, emotionally engaging, and blew me away. I liked the humor, the "twists" and the characters. This is one everyone should read.

Review: What I hate about a lot of lesbian titles listed on Amazon.com is the lack of plot descripiton.

In light of ths poor blurb supplied by Amazon, I'll tell you what this story is really about. This book is a German translation about a Project Manager who falls in love with a high priced lesbian hooker. The translations part makes the writing seems a bit choppy at times but the story is still very readable.

The story begins with a very intense sexual encounter. The reader gradually discovers bits and pieces regarding what the project manager is thinking and feeling regarding her relationship with the prostitute but both characters were still enigmatic in their actions and thoughts. This book is interesting because the characters have no names, you only know one is a prostitute and the other a project manager for some large firm.

This story has lots of sex in it but I was never persuaded that the project manager really cared for the prostitute, just that she found her very intriguing and sexy. I think most lesbians would find a 6ft. 4 inch lesbian who looks like a goddess quite interesting. However during a lot of the scenes when they weren't having sex, I felt sorry for the prostitute. Theres's one harrowing scene in the last third of the book that made my stomach clench because of its violence. By the end of this book, I really never understood why this goddess of a woman was a prostitute (and why didn't she have any family or friends to help her) and bemused by the project manager's see-saw approach to this relationship.

There is also a happy ending of sorts (THANK GOD!)

I would have liked to know more about the prostitute. Why was she living this very destructive life when she was so smart and beautiful. I also would have like each of the characters to have names and have a better physical description of each woman. I have no idea what the project manager looked like. The prostitute was blonde.
