danger and romance is my thing

Summary: Hoping for #4 in a series????
Review: I enjoyed all three of the books in this series, but the 3rd
book, Love & Honor, was absolutely terrific. The first two books built the groundwork, and this book carried the two main characters' relationship to a strong feeling of permanence. The physical part of their relationship was nothing short of STEAMY, HOT and ADDICTIVE. But, the emotional part was what kept me turning the pages. I couldn't put this book down. Adding the intrigue of the events they encountered, made this book one of the best I've read. Radclyffe continues to give us strong characters, sensual material, and a thirst for more of her books!

Summary: Can't Wait for the 4th Installment
Review: In the 3rd book in her dramatic "Honor" series, best-selling lesbian romance author, Radclyffe, continues the story of Blair Powell and Cameron Roberts. Struggling with her role as both Blair's lover and her Secret Service Chief, the dashing Cameron, is faced with difficult choices. She must balance her duty to protect the President's daughter with her overwhelming need to love her and her desire to allow her freedom at the same time. Set in Washington, DC, San Francisco and New York City, Love and Honor will not disappoint fans of this series. It's Radclyffe at her best--exploring the amazing love between two strong women, mixed with riveting intrigue and suspense. Radclyffe clearly does her homework, as all the details of the life of a Secret Service Agent and the security issues involved in protecting the first daughter, have a realistic feel.

Radclyffe creates satisfying, passionate romances, whether writing a romance or a romance/suspense novel. Fans know that the romance is never cheated in a Radclyffe book--it's the core that all other storylines build around.

Radclyffe's eagerly awaited 4th installment in this series, Honor Guards, will be released later this year. Giving readers who have yet to discover this gripping series time to catch-up!

Summary: Love & Honor
Review: Love & Honor, the third book in the Honor Series was hard to put down. I was hooked after reading the first couple of pages. The character development is strong, the writing is tight. Cam and Blair, the two main characters, compliment each other beautifully. They are both strong, independent women who are passionate about their beliefs, but at the same time have a soft side that shows compassion and vulnerability. The security team forms a very tight bond and a fierce loyalty to each other, their chief and the woman they have vowed to protect. This bond strengthens as the story progresses into a race against time.
This is Radclyffe at her best; action, intrigue and romance. This story easily stands on its own, but if you haven't read the first two books in this series, Above All, Honor and Honor Bound you are missing out on a wonderful reading experience.

Summary: Politics! Intrigue! Intense Drama!
Review: Third is a series beginning with Above All, Honor, and continued in Honor Bound, Love & Honor takes you, once again, through the daily lives of Secret Service Agent Cameron "Cam" Roberts and First Daughter, Blair Powell as they deal with both life and love.

As Blair and Cam try to work through the often rocky road of their relationship, secrets from the past begin to surface. What danger could these secrets pose? And to whom? Will they be revealed? And if so, what price might have to be paid? Proving time and again to be women of strong character, Cameron and Blair literally take the political world head on. Will they survive the battle intact? Can their love hold them together? How high could the threat level go? In today's world of politics, is the saying true - "that only the strong survive?"

Again, a truly talented writer takes you on a journey filled with intrigue, suspense, hope and possible heartbreak. You are truly given a close-up view of the impact of "Freedom of Speech" and "Freedom of the Press" on the lives of both ordinary and not so ordinary people.

Summary: Don't Start this in the evening - you will be Up all Night
Review: This series by Radclyffe has managed to hit a high note with each book. She maintains the edge of tension between the main characters that is necessary in good romance books (straight or lesbian). Each installment ratchets the intensity a little more - and this one is a fitting end (?). The twists and turns that keep the characters on edge with each other make sense within the structure of the narrative.

If you enjoy a good romance series get this one. But make sure you get all of the books before you start. You won't be able to stop until the last page of this book (and you will then find yourself re-reading parts.)
