Review: The latest catalog from the folks at the American Film Institute is, almost needless to say, their best yet. Like the two previous catalogs -- 1911-1920, 1931-1940 -- this amazing work covering all American-made feature films of the decade is heavily annotated and a MUST for any researcher. Only one decidedly minor problem, however; the volumes have become almost too large and the Film Institute ought to consider publishing their next decade in four books.
