Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Music Lover or Music Pro
Review: If you've ever been moved by a pop song from the mid 50s thru the mid 80s but never known why - here's the answer.

Whether you're a music creator or music lover - it's all here and it's highly accessible for all. A truly remarkable contribution to our culture.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: It's alright.
Review: This book doesn't read easy. You need to read a chapter a month.
There's a lot of tech-talk - this song is in B-flat and modulates on the minor two with the 5 in the bass, etc. Passing the 6th 9th and 13th in a diatonic fashion with the left hand, the right hand chimes...etc. There is a lot of history and cultural reference. There are some artistic verbal paintings to depict the mood and the times. There is an excellent section on Pretty Woman. There is also a lot of meandering and filler. On a scale of one to five, I'd say it's OK.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Nauseating
Review: Well what can one say about such a collection of pretentious, pompous, tenth-rate, sophomoric essays?

Ignore this drivel, at all costs.
