Review: The book that the reviewer below is looking for is entitled: "The Honeymooners' Lost Episodes", and is listed here at Amazon.com. It covers all the "lost" episodes, but unfortunately is not as well done as this book on the classic 39 episodes (read my review of it under "Honeymooners: To The Moon And Back"). That is the exact same book as this one, though the title is listed in its entirety.
