Rating: Summary: Brilliant Elvis-Jesus Deconstruction Review: Author AJ Jacobs nails genius Eric White illustrations of Elvis & Jesus to satirical crosses in order to rightfully outrage the millions of humorless freaks who brainlessly worship them. I read about the Elvis freaks complaining to book store managers. White's illustrations deserve framing, as a tribute to him and the writing that inspired it.

Rating: Summary: Hilareous and thought provoking! Review: I was familiar with Mr. White's weird and sparkling imaginations from his other book, "It feeds by itself." But oh-ho-boy I was not prepared for the jaw slapping humor by Mr. A.J.Jacobs! These little couplets explore the MANY similarinies between Jesus and Elvis, and there are more than you or I had ever dreamed! Very funny, but also--what if true? I read part of it to my godneice, and she just laughed, but I say--let's delve into this thing! Something this big warrants further research! Where's the government funding for this important issue!?

Rating: Summary: laugh out loud! Review: This irrevent comparison between Jesus and Elvis is hysterically funny! (Jesus was a Jew/Elvis played raquetball at the Jewish Community Center) The illustrations are great too. I can't believe it's out of print!
