Rating: Summary: A fun and different Trading card game Review: I bought the original "Fellowship of the Ring" trading card game back in 2002, but couldn't figure out the rules. After I found the decipher.com website and read the tutorial, my wife and I have been playing the game several times a week, whenever we get the time, for the last several months! It's been a lot of fun for both of us, and the Return of the King block is a neat addition to the original set. The rules are slightly more complex than the original version, but once you get the hang of it is not too bad. The cards are high quality, with really cool images from the movies. Each game is a little different, thanks to the way that the 9 location "board" (generated by cards from your deck and your opponents) can change each game if you want it to. Each game takes around one hour, or at the most 2 if you are really taking your time. I highly recommend this game, but check out decipher.com for the tutorials to make the learning curve easier! Oh yeah, make sure you get a starter deck for you and your opponent, too, before you buy a booster pack!
