Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Great book! Review: This book is set in 2024. Odom does a great job of making a plausible (if somewhat dark) future. In fact, the biggest problem I have with Odom is that there aren't enough books out there with his name on them. His future is technology rich, and a little bit anarchic. In this book, a group called the F.R.E.E.Lancers (a private company that does security work for the government of the Great Lakes Authority) sets out to remove a mercenary dictator from Melaka (a.k.a. Malaysia). If you like a little blood, a little violence, a little conscience sprinkled in here and there, and a believable plot, give this books a try.
