Review: This is the funniest book I have ever read. You absolutely don't need to have read Jewel's poetry to appreciate Beau's genius. I love Jewel's music, this book is nothing against her. If anything it's more affectionate satire of Charles Bukowski's poetry. The point is: buy this book, buy it twice. It made me want to be a poet, a very offensive poet, but a poet none the less. To all those who were offended by some of his poems, I understand how you might be, but come on, sometimes we just need to laugh at things that we're not supposed to admit are funny. You'll feel better once you do.
