Review: Buddy Guy is one of the blues greats, and one of the living legends whose craft goes back to an older generation of blues greats. This book offers some very nice pictures of Buddy and his fellow musicians and is a very readable biography. It also includes a very emotional section on his close friend, the late Stevie Ray Vaughan. One interesting aspect is that in some video interviews I've seen, some of the anecdotes change somewhat, but the stories are fascinating, nonetheless. A great musician and classy man, who has kept his class through some very rough times.
