Review: This is a great book for any virtuoso pianist. Including the first and second versions of the transcendental etudes (Etudes en Douze Excercises, and Douze Grandes Etudes), which you will not find in any other book, it includes 36 songs on over 250 pages. It is an excellent deal, and along with its partner, the second volume, they are a valuable addition to your repertoire.
