Rating: Summary: An Amazing Book for ANYONE Interested in Music History Review: L.B. and Jim have exhausted every resource to write the most comprehensive history ever of the original Ephiphone company. Nearly every page is loaded with photographs, advertisements or sidebars, and there are also interviews with guitar greats like Les Paul (describing his experiments creating the solid-body electric guitar). But my favorite is the actual Epiphone history. Here the authors have managed to capture an American tragedy as the Stathopoulo family struggles to maintain a beautifully crafted line of musical instruments. Put this book on your coffee table, and your guests won't be able to resist paging through it
