Summary: Don't Expect Much and You Will Not Be Disappointed
Review: This is just a little book of quotes taken out of context. Austen's "advice" is really the random opinions of her characters (and we know how silly some of them are!). Sarcasm and irony were lost in the compilation process. It made me wonder if those writing the book understood Austen's work at all. But, it was fun testing myself to see if I could guess which character had made each statement. I will not be sending this book out as Christmas gifts for my friends.

Review: What better advice book to carry about with you than Jane Austen's Little Advice Book? Since I love anything to do with Jane Austen, I was pleasantly surprised with the humor, grace, and wit that this little book has in it. I now take it with me wherever I go. Beautifully illustrated with biographical facts about the author humorously told, I would definitely recommend this book for any Jane Austen fan! Buy it!
