Review: Quite frankly... I'm a flight attendant. I received this book from a co-worker for my birthday. It's made me chuckle so much. Why? Because we keep reading them out loud and yelling "That's SO true!!!!"

If you really want to know what not to do this is the book for you. All the missteps are presented in a witty and entertaining format that definately relates WHY things are annoying.
