Summary: "Illegal Operation: Tell-all Book Released"
Review: I picked up this book after hearing about it on the radio, and I'm glad I did. Being a heavy computer user, I have heard about some of the stories detailed in this book, but most of them just made my jaw drop as to how modern technology can screw up either by itself or by a human hitting the wrong button. So this book is highly recommended, but don't give it to any of your luddite friends. They'll use it to prove you right.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Buy it. You won't regret it.
Review: This is a "potato chip book." Once you try one (story) you can't stop. The humorous incidents described in this book are all neatly packaged in short 3-minute reads, with most articles being two or three pages in length. This is one of those books you keep in the bathroom or tucked into your pocket before a long flight. It would make a great gift for the "non-readers" on your list. Warning: do not pick it up if you have something to do. You'll find yourself still reading "just one more story" an hour or two later.

Only qualm I had was that the sources, while cited, were not as specific as I would have liked in some instances.
