Summary: Woof!!!
Review: This book is unusual in its content and presentation. Nevertheless, it's wonderfully funny. The photos and "articles" are top notch, and the paper stock and binding are first class. I've ordered several, one for myself and others for dog-loving friends. The feedback I've received is ususally howls of laughter. But don't just take my word for it, read on...

My master's friend doesn't have a dog, but boy, am I glad he thinks about me. I'm not sure what difference there is between a book and a magazine, but I definitely know they aren't newspapers! I've had a lot of training with newspapers...

Dogs' Life tells things from a dog's viewpoint, and does it well. My master is sore from all the laughter he's suffered since he started reading my copy. He sees similarities between the ads in Dogs' Life and those he's familiar with in other magazines he usually reads. Also, I think he has a new perspective as a result of the informative articles and letters-to-the-editor found here. I know I'm getting more belly rubs and more delicious treats and table scraps...

He says other friends tell him their dogs could have written the article "7 Habits of Highly Effective Beggars" (I'm not so sure). My favorite, though, is "Leashless in Seattle". But then, my grandfather was a coyote...

On a more serious note, Boo, the Alpha Editor (a black Lab), has meaningful things to say to us all regarding responsibilities, not only of dogs, but of their owners as well.

This is well worth reading. I give it five paws.
