Rating: Summary: This book made a man out of me. Review: A deep and thoughtful approach to health and fitness for men. I myself was not a man before I read this book. Do what this book says and it will change your life. I was so bad at being male that I was seriously thinking of becoming a woman but now I'm a man. A manley man. A manley man's man. His name is Phil. But anyway this book is based on years of experience in the health and fitness field. The techniques are proven and not just part of some fad diet. This isn't a diet. Its a lifestyle.

"This here book authored by The Great Gordo (a former staff member of the Alceck Free Press) is a must read for all of the readin type folk in Haltom City. Rating: Summary: Would ya? Review: All I got to say is, "Baby Arm."
Rating: Summary: The schtick is getting old... Review: and most of these reviews are just listeners repeating some phrase they thought was funny 5 years ago. I have a strong feeling that there are more reviews for this book than there are sales. Have that many people actually read this piece of crap without moving their lips? It is not that much better than his lame articles in the Dallas Observer, which are available at a much more appropriate price. While I occasionally enjoy Gordon's on-air work, his prose usually leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe with a professional editor and a little more diversity with his KTCK characters, he might have more than a 7 year career.
Rating: Summary: Gordon Keith...the New Bohemian Genius Review: Buff Tanner: Total Man is good for a rib-splitting laugh on every page. Gordon Keith has finally let the rest of the world in on his incredible wit and humor that those of us in Dallas have been privy to for many years. My only fear in Gordo releasing this book is that once the rest of the world gets a true taste of his talent, his days at The Ticket (KTCK 1310/1700) will be numbered becuase he will move on to a bigger stage to display his genius. Buy this book and see for yourself!
Rating: Summary: Hilarious - I couldn't put it down Review: From cover to cover, Buff Tanner had me literally laughing out loud. The wit was incredible; the detail mind boggling. I'm looking forward to reading it a second and third time so I can catch all of the jokes I missed the first time. I highly recommend Buff Tanner to all.
Rating: Summary: Muse on This Review: Gordo is on top of his game (and sometimes behind it) with this gem. "He Hate Me" is my favorite chapter. I love it and can't wait to read it after the swelling goes down. Stay Hard!
Rating: Summary: A fabulous book for finding the funny bone Review: Gordon Keith is a comic genius as demonstrate by the book he has birthed. If you want to read the first installment of what I hope is many literary offerings in the future, grab this classic before it becomes one. It will be well-worth the present investment because of the laughs it will bring you now and the value that this keepsake edition should have in the future. Keep the books coming, Gordon . . . and your fans will keep you in business!
Rating: Summary: Pure, F'n Genius!!! GD, that F'n S is Funny!!!! Review: Gordon Keith is the sharpest person I've ever listened to on the radio and/or real life. The man catches the funniest angle to every comment he hears. He might act a little nervous when the camera is on him, (i.e. MARK CUBAN SHOW) so we sure are lucky there is no Director's cut version of "Buff Tanner: Total Man" But if you are looking for good readin'...you found the right pamphlet,...
