Rating: Summary: WONDERFUL Review: Anything on dave matthews band is spectacular, this book gives a lot of information and was pleasurable and fun to read.
Rating: Summary: DMB Review: Great book for DMB fans - not easy. He tends to make up chords and his riffs are usually very fast but it sounds perfect and if you get a song right, you can't beat it.
Rating: Summary: must have for dmb and guitar fans Review: Great book to have for anybody who enjoys playing guitar and likes quality music like dave matthews band. I've been playing guitar for 4 months and I love practicing the songs in this book. The difficulty ranges, and all of the songs are fun to play. Many of the licks are hard, but are very fun to play once you get them down. They are also very good songs to practice to improve guitar playing. Songs like "Satellite" and "#34" help improve your left-hand stretching ability and make you a better player if you are a beginner and are just plain fun for everyone. Very detailed tabs, must have.

Rating: Summary: A great reference Review: Jeff Jacobson and Paul Pappas have once again transcribed the brilliance of Dave Matthews and the wizardry of Tim Reynolds. Their voicings are almost always right on. Some arrangments of Boyd Tinsley's work appears throughout as well. This is easily the best reference available for the music to this album. However, only an experienced player will be able to enjoy the fruits of it.
Rating: Summary: The book is great for any huge DMB fan! Review: Step Into the Light is a great book for any Dave Matthews Band fan to read. It gives tons of info about their past and present. If teher's anything you want to know about the guys or the band, it's probably in here. The only bad thing? Tooooo many parenthetical references!
Rating: Summary: Great for practicing Review: The UTTAD tab book is a great one. It is like any other tab book with a little info on why Dave (supposedly)wrote any particular song. You be the judge. If you're into guitar, and love DMB, it's a must have. His songs are very intricate and take some practice to play well but they are so much fun. Happy DMB listening.
Rating: Summary: Tough Licks, once mastered...plays amazing Review: This book, at first looks the same as any other tab book out there. Once you look at the songs and get all the little licks in (and there are tons of little intricate notes in there) it will just sound awesome. Its no wonder he plays with Tim all alone a lot of the time...His guitar music is enough and put it with his vocals...You have something really strong. Five stars.
