Summary: Book is the BEST
Review: If you are shopping around for a blackjack book then look no further. Frank Scoblete's book is the one to get because he explains everything you need to know in a way that most people can understand. he makes hard concepts simple and he shows you the methods you need to be a successful player. There are just enough charts to whet the appetite of chart lovers but he doesn't hit you over the head with the math as some other authors do in their attempts to show how brilliant they are. Instead, Scoblete writes for the player who wants to get the edge in the practical real world of casino play. What's more the book is a great read as Scoblete can write rings around the other blackjack authors I've read.

Summary: Very Worthwhile Book
Review: This is one of the two or three best blackjack books ever written. It contains everything you need to become an expert player including basic strategies and card counting techniques. It also has interesting information on advanced techniques such as dealer tells and shuffle tracking. I recommend this book to anyone interested in really learning how to beat the game of blackjack. Scoblete pulls no punches in his analysis of the game and he tells the truth! You'll also enjoy his anecdotes and stories. He is a great writer and one every blackjack player should read.

Summary: Learn and Enjoy It!
Review: Frank Scoblete is the best writer in the gambling genre because he knows how to mix solid stategy lessons with enjoyable anecdotes. Best Blackjack is no exception. If you want to learn a simple yet powerful counting system and the strategy variations that are necessary to employ it in the casinos, then Scoblete's book is the best possible one to get. Scoblete's research is monumental and he sifts everything down to the nuggets of gold that players need to win at this difficult casino game. Readers who are already familiar with blackjack will enjoy his analysis of dealer tells and his war stories. The book is aptly titled!

Summary: Masterful Book on BJ
Review: I am a fan of Frank Scoblete's writing but I am not much of a blackjack player so I waited to buy this book. I wish I hadn't waited so long. Not only did Scoblete teach me the right strategies to employ, he also gets you in the right frame of mind to play against the casinos. I love his stories about the man who won over a million dollars at Treasure Island in Vegas and his own experiences playing over an extended period of time in Vegas as well. This book will teach you everything you need to know about blackjack and you will have fun as you read it too. Scoblete is just the best author out there for gaming.

Summary: Great Book for Every level of Player
Review: Frank Scoblete divides his book into four main parts. Basic strategy and the truth about the statistics of the game, then advanced playing method such as card counting and other techniques like shuffle-tracking and dealer tells. The dealer tells section is the most complete and interesting I have ever read on the topic by the way. Then Scoblete analyzes the various questions people have about the game and answers them. The most lively and fun part of the book are Scoblete's stories and his "diary" section at the end. These are more than worth the price of the book alone. I would say that Frank Scoblete is the best gambling writer in the business and this book proves that. It is one of a handful of the best blackjack books ever written -- as it says in the title!

I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn blackjack without a lot of charts and graphs and discussions about arcane math. This is a winner from a terrific writer.

Summary: You Can Win With This Book!
Review: I have read several BJ books and Scoblete's is by far the very best one. It is enjoyable, entertaining and contains great information without getting overly technical. He compares many different card counting systems and recommends which games to play. I think you will find that unlike most BJ writers, Scoblete has been there and done it. His book has the ring of authority. If you follow his advice, you will win money in the long run.
