Rather, this book is filled with an amazing amount of research and it is borne out in the facts and figures that accompany every "question" in the book. Each question serves in part as part of a trivia game, but also simply is the header for detailed discussions on a wide variety of very interesting topics related to the history of the game. A definite must-read for any baseball fan, and a great holiday gift!
