American Folk Songs for Guitar

Review: I bought this book hoping to learn a few folk songs to play for my daughter. Unfortunately, without yet more work on my part, I can't do that. The arrangements for guitar are very good, and will satisfy many levels of players. However, THERE ARE NO LYRICS! So I can't just open the book and play along and sing. Am I really supposed to know all the lyrics to "Go Tell Auny Rhody" and "Never Said a Mumbling Word"? Would it have been too much trouble to add the lyrics along with the music? My advice is, don't buy this book.
