Rating: Summary: The best film no one saw Review: Kubrickian in it's coldness and refusal to pass judgement on the characters, Neil LaBute's script is a model of cinematic greatness. While I enjoyed "Titanic" and "L.A. Confidential" as much as the next moviegoer, it is this criminally overlooked film that I wish I could see again, *right now*. At least I have the screenplay to keep me company . . .

Rating: Summary: An amazingly astute take on office politics and power. Review: This is a wonderful text that allows the reader to revisit one of the most calculated and inventive screenplays of recent memory. LaBute weaves brilliant dialogue together with sharp characterizations and chillingly real situations to create one of the most brazenly honest films and, in this case, printed screenplays of the 90's. One has to really examine the structure and plotting of the piece through the written word to fully comprehend the cumulative power of this masterwork. Can't be recommended highly enough. The beginnings of an amazing career, both as a writer and director.
Rating: Summary: Excellent Movie, Excellent Screenplay: A Masterpiece Review: When I initially viewed this movie, I didn't know what to expect. But when it was over, I couldn't believe what I viewed: An Honest movie without sex, violence or special effects, JUST THE HONEST TRUTH! I immediately ordered the screenplay and read it in one sitting. I encourage everyone to SEE THIS MOVIE!! Then READ THE SCREENPLAY. Writing is the key to a good movie. You won't regret it at ALL!!
