Review: This book was actually better than I expected. I knew that this book was not going to help me win the lottery nor improve my chances. This book met those expectations and more. I really think portions of this book should be used by programs which deter people from gambling as it explains the odds of various lottery games. The title is right on the money, Catlin gives you the truth behind the numbers and giudes you to the best games to play if you must play. He also makes it clear that playing the lottery and gambling are for entertainment purposes.
