Rating: Summary: Broad selection of tunes appealling to all ages. Review: Bought the first copy for our teenage daughter (a singer). The next copy was for her grandmother (a pianist). Both have found it an excellent single source to a broad range of material.
Rating: Summary: Meh Review: Deffinetly not the best broadway songs ever..............i got this book because I'm a musical fanatic and play both keyboard and guitar, but the music in here was really diffecult and the songs werent that great. When you have over 50 musical soundtracks in you collection and have seen even more done in production, but still dont know some of the songs or musicals in the book you can tell its out dated. I liked the Big Book of Broadway a lot better
Rating: Summary: Fair collection Review: I am very happy with this book. The wide selection of old favorites makes it easy to find something for almost anyone in it. I was happy to find songs which I had not found anywhere else such as "Love Changes Everything" from Aspects of Love and "You'll Never Walk Alone" from Carousel. The music is easy to read and works for many skill levels.

Rating: Summary: great book Review: ive had this book for several years and have enjoyed playing and singing many of its wide range of songs. It includes songs such as Memory from "Cats", I dreamed a dream from "Les Miserables" and much more. unfortunately, my one complaint is that two of my favorite musicals, Miss. Saigon and West Side Story, have been overlooked. other than that...it was very enjoyable!

Rating: Summary: A fun book for the recreational musician and/or singer. Review: This book contains 250 popular Broadway songs. I have found that it works nicely for any actor or musician. The songs are fairly easy to play and fun to sing.
Rating: Summary: Great for auditions and vocal practice Review: This book has a great range of songs, and a wonderful variety of shows, which makes it the perfect book to select an audition piece from.
Rating: Summary: Good collection of musical theatre standards. Review: This is a good book to start your collection with, or if you can only bring one book to your gig. The music is very easy to read and the accompaniment parts are easy for run-throughs.
Rating: Summary: Fair collection Review: This was a good collection of songs, but I would recommend the Big Book of Broadway over this book. The selections in that book are better. The songs are challenging to play, as well.
