Rating: ![2 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-2-0.gif) Summary: Not what I expected Review: I bought this book with the high hopes that I would be rolling in the aisles of laughter. But unfortunately, I found myself wanting the chapter to be over. Ben Stiller honestly took up a lot of pages blabbering about nothing, while I was searching for more out of Janeane. Both really didn't talk about the subject of their book. Mostly I found complaints about their publisher, and tidbits into their failed couplehood. For readers I say, proceed with caution. This book isn't what it seems to be.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: A fan from New Jersey Review: While the book wasnt quite as funny as I had hoped, I still enjoyed it. Janeane has a sense of wit about her than can entertain me for endless hours. Ben is just hilarious all together and had me cracking up at the turn of every page. Neither section was funnier than the other, simply different humor. Ben's humor was directed at more of the general public, while Janeanes was geared toward those with a slightly higer intellect. They both had me in stiches. I think they should both consider doing an independ project to follow up this book. :-)

Review: When I looked at the cover of this book I knew I had to buy it,the exaggerated look on Janeanes face got me.So I took it home and read it.Its is funny from front to back I really enjoyed this book and think many will too.
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: The funniest thing about this book was its cover! Review: I felt this book was trying to shock and disgust its readers more than entertain them. At first, I thought it was a satire on a guide for life for generation x, then I felt it was more a competition between the authors to outdo each other and finally, I realized it was just a poor attempt for two talented comedians to write a humorous book. I must admit, there were amusing chapters and the premise of a he said/ she said book was appealing. However, I was put off by the language, the lack of morals and the inability to portray humor through the written word.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: I wish it had more Review: the book was good i enjoyed the he said she said section the most and it would of been nice to see a little more drama between both ben and janenane in the section
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: Most Annoying and Unfunny Tape Ever Review: I've been a big fan of Stiller and Garofalo in their movie and TV appearances, so imagine my disappointment in this lame excuse for an audiotape. C'mon, kids! Stream of consciousness meanderings, strung-together allusions, and an unrelenting flaunting of the cash-driven motivation behind this "project" do not an audiotape make. Added to this, the two obviously worked separately and simply combined their ramblings together -- absolutely no interaction between the two (unless you count Garofalo's lazy and brief contribution to the "He said, she said" section). I expected much better; God knows these two are capable of it. Avoid at all costs.
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: Ben is hilarious, Janeane, not so Review: Like another critic, I also have a huge crush on Ben Stiller. As for Janeane, I like her stand-up and movies, but I'm definitely not crazy about them. This book reflected my feeling for both. Ben's sections were hilarious and had me cracking up right in the middle of the bookstore. The book is worth buying just for his sections. Although I'm glad Janeane knows how to use a thesaurus, her need to fill her pages with fancy words got in the way of the humor, most of it being excessively self-loathing and cynical (which isn't bad in her stand-up, but gets to be boring in the book.) She tries cramming too much information in one chapter, leaving me confused and wondering "what the hell is this chapter supposed to be about?" My favorite chapters are: Preface, History, Herstory,How to Build a Relationship on Next to Nothing, Road Diary, and Selfhood.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: FUNNY, FUNNY, FUNNY!!! Review: You don't even have to know who Still and Garafolgers are to enjoy "FEEL THIS BOOK"! If you think Carrot Top and Gallagher are funny, wait until you read the comic musings of these two young people. Bert tends to take on the male side of things, while Jeanette offers up the "feminine perspective." I can't wait for the next volume--how about "FEEL ANOTHER BOOK," kids?
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: Not as funny as Chicken Soup for The Butt Review: Ben and Janine should stick to movies. If you want to read funny self-help parody then buy Chicken Soup for The Butt. Heh, heh.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: if you love them and their movies buy this book! Review: Janeane and Ben are as funny on the page as they are in their stand-up and their movies -- they skewer the worst of the self-help gurus in dead-on hilarious parodies. If you're a fan, you have to read FEEL THIS BOOK -- immediately.
