Review: As a student of classical literature and history (film study is more of a hobby), I was quite impressed with the essays in this collection. Insightful and intelligent, but, more importantly, highly entertaining (citing some of my favorite films, such as Chinatown and the Star Wars trilogy). I was pleasantly surprised.
