Summary: Great art, Better story!
Review: This is one of the most creative series of graphic novels that I've ever seen. It was originally a series of comic books that has been collected in two volumes and I encourge everyone to get both! Willingham is a superb arist who draws mythical creatures and personages with such detail that the viewer believes they actually exist. The hero-fantasy/comedy plot is great fun and answers all the great questions that fantasy fans have always had (namely, "How does a centaur get it on?" and "Does a woman who's half snake really feel anything below the waist?") All in all, great fun. I only hope that Willingham will do more in the series!
