Summary: great,but flawed book
Review: this is a great book for people who are just beginning to question the way things are.i have to admit,i didn't believe half of what belzer writes, buthe sure presents it in an entertaining way.heres something spooky-he includes a quote in his book from aldous huxley-did you know that he died on nov.22,1963,the same day as president kennedy?oooh!Spooky!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Entertaining, thought-provoking & frequently hilarious.
Review: Richard Belzer, my black-suited hero Munch from TV's Homicide, has committed his near-obsessive skepticism for all things governmentally explained, in this very funny book. The title is a bit confusing, though. There is not one word about Elvis in the book! A few chapters into it, I began to wonder if ol' Belz was just purporting a few conspiracies of his own. It was at that point that he congratulated anyone who was unsure about HIS theories! I felt vindicated. Parts of "UFOs, JFK and Elvis" are laugh-out-loud funny. But I'm still wondering why he didn't mention The King, as in the title. Perhaps it was just MY copy that was missing intelligently investigated chapters about Elvis. Hmmm. Do I sense a ... conspiracy????

Summary: Very entertaining book
Review: I am a fan of Richard Belzer and his comedic outlook of life. I saw him on TV pushing this book and I ordered it that same day. I read it quickly and found it extremely addictive and engrossing. The evidence for JFK and UFO's was very well researched and well presented in a format that was organized and made sense. It made me think twice about what we are presented by the media and what the truth really is!!

Summary: A wry funny look at familiar and new accounts....
Review: I like Belzer and thought his commentary was fresh and interesting. Best book i've read on the subject since Cosmic Testube.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A Worthwile read - but it loses some credibility
Review: Like others, I picked up this book expecting more comedy and less on the conspiracy theories. The book is actually a reverse of this, although Belzer does sprinkle some amusing comments throughout.

I found myself engrossed with all of the JFK conspiracy theories and the arguments were clearly well thought out and well researched. Unfortunately, I didn't feel the same when the discussion turned to alien encounters. While some of the facts were compelling, some of the theories completely contradicted each other. I found myself NOT buying into the alien theories, and that in turn seemed to make the JFK conspiracy theories lose a little credibility.

A worthwile and sometimes fun read if your interested in these topics - but make up your own mind...

Summary: Interesting and Funny Read.
Review: I think Belzer will just whet the minds of his readers, making them crave some facts or substance to his whimsical musings of conspiracies. I like the works and admire his career so this is not a negative review. The book is well worth the money and time and will make you think and laugh, which none of us do often enough. If you want the substance, then PLEASE READ the best selling Jim Marr's "Alien Agenda" or "Project Blue Book's" author Brad Stieger's new exciting and revealing new book titled "Alien Rapture.' Also check out the reviews on Colonel Corso's 'After Roswell' and Dr. (NASA UFO Investigator) Paul Hill's "Unconventional Flying Objects. Find the truth, as Fox says, 'It's Out There.'

Summary: The Amazing Truth Is In Here.
Review: I origanally bought this book looking for Belzer's great comedic outlook. What I found was an amazing disection of the Kennedy assassanation that was so gripping, so thought-provoking that I could hardly put it down to sleep, eat, or go to the bathroom. The way Belzer carefully aranges the details and theories is awesome. While not stepping to far from reality he outlines all the events, motives, people and evidence for every theory and at the same time totally slams the Warren Report that "THEY" expected us all to believe. Every idea or theory is supported with amazing detail and backed with intriging-and sometimes startling-facts. Then he explains many aspects of UFOs, including sightings, the moon, Mars and abductions. He tells the truth behind what you should now and what "THEY" will allow you to know. I recomend this book to anyone even remotely interested in goverment coverups or conspiraciess. I may just be a high school student but in my almost 16 years on this planet I have accumulated more knowledge than most of the adults that I know.

Summary: Couldn't put it down - finished it the same day I bought it
Review: Belzer's awesome. I don't think he personally believes all of the conspiracies; but some of the things he reveals about JFK's death are very intriguing. Plus he throws in plenty of humor throughout (not "Jewish humor" as someone referred to). I was sorry the book wasn't longer. Highly recommended. One more comment - nice to see an actor who is articulate and intelligent for a change.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: An excellent book for people who have to know more.
Review: This is probably the best book I've read in a long time. It is entertainingly written for those of us who aren't conspiracy nuts. Informaiton is well researched and most of it extremely believable.
