Summary: A winner
Review: All and all, I'd recommend this book without hesitation. It gives some useful strategies and, equally importantly, explains things to avoid. Also included was a dice story which left me ready to jump on the next plane for Vegas! Just beware of any book on gambling that veers into the territory of player ego-building. Craps is not the unanimous choice of high rollers and there is, regardless of whatever else is implied, no such thing as a sure thing- especially when it comes to gambling.

Summary: Won $800 on my first outing
Review: Highly recommended. Read and studied the book, including the table of odds on all craps bets, and won over $800 in my first outing. I enjoy craps and now have a full understanding of the game. If you want to learn how to play craps, this is the book.

Summary: Use the system - watch your money grow - walk away a winner
Review: I have been using this system for quite some time and find that by first watching the table for a while to determine how to play, your odds increase. When the hot roll ends check the next person rolling the dice to see if the trend continues. If it ends, walk away a winner. If you walk away only winning a dollar, You are a winner. Choppy tables are the hardest to try to figure out. If the technique does not seem to function using either with the numbers or against the numbers, walk away. This book is the best I have ever read. Some hints. I keep my cash in one hand and if the winnings get too big they go into my pocket. I don't trust the rails for holding cash. Lots of luck----

Summary: Teaches correct ways to play craps.
Review: I knew a few basic craps bets and had played a half dozen times. But this book really explained the game, the bets and all the odds. And it points out which bets give the house the least advantage.

I went to Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut where I tried the recommended basic winning strategy in chapter 10, which is a simple way to place up to 3 simultaneous bets that are least favorable for the house. It's based totally on the mathematics of the game...no gimmicks.

My fist session at the $10 craps table lasted 30 minutes and I won $150. My second session was at the $5 table. I played for almost 2 hours and lost $100. (Not too bad given how long I played.) But my third time, I went back to the $10 table, played for about 90 minutes and won a whopping $1,050!!! I never won that much in my life! Granted, the table was hot, but I believe my betting gave me the extra edge to take advantage of some hot rolls while minimizing any losses.

I heartily recommend this book.

Summary: The book I recommend to new and experienced crap players
Review: I've seen one of John Patricks videos, and read some books from the library, but so far this one is by far the best of them all.

Summary: Play with confidence
Review: If you want a concise, straight-forward overview of the game of craps, this is the book. However, it would be nice for an updated version.

Summary: Won $800 on my first outing
Review: The book is very well written. I have followed the method he teaches, and either played the pass or don't pass lines according to how cold the table is playing, and I walked away a winner. He also stresses that if the way you are playing does'nt work, you probably are having a choppy table, and should walk away. If you work the system when someone is rolling a hot hand, the chances of winning increases. He stresses that walking away a winner is important. If after an hour at the table, walk away. It is very important to have an attitude that you are playing to win. I have reread the book to enforce the techniques so they become natural. I have recommended this book to my friends.
