Rating: Summary: Quantum Mechanics and Tim Allen, who could ask for more? Review: My father believes that this book must be ghost-written, but I think that Tim Allen's actually a pretty smart guy and he probably knows Quantum at the level that he's writing about it. This was really my first intro to QM and it's the most entertaining book on the subject I've ever read. Also, the monotony is constantly broken by Tim's search for a car ornament and descriptions of his family. It's a fun read and a lot more "intelligent" than Don't Stand Too Close to a Nake Man.
Rating: Summary: A Nice Way To Spend The Weekend! Review: My wife placed this book on the kitchen table and asked me if i'd like to read it. I said sure! Tim Allen is such a talent and after reading this book I find he is nice person too. He reflects on his personal life and comments on midlife crisis, science, religion, relationships & society all with humor and insight. It was easy to relate to most of this book. Its great to see all his success has not gone to his head, and that he has discovered what I already know, one can choose to be happy and content with what God has blessed you with, or you can complain and be miserable. Its your choice, your consequence.

Rating: Summary: Excellent, humorous. Review: One of the best books I've ever read, good book to read of humor fans
Rating: Summary: The Tool Man Delivers! Review: One word that describes this book best? Deep. Tim Allen talks about the meaning of life and if we're really here or not (So, now do you understand the title?). "I'm Not Really Here" isn't as funny as his first book, but it's a side of the tool man that you definitely don't see while watching "Home Improvement." Buy this book today!
Rating: Summary: Strange thoughts of a strange man Review: Seems as if Tim's grown up. Not that kind of funny stuff like in "Don't stand so close ...". Nevertheless a very interesting book with ups and downs and questions and answers, everybody knows or at last should know. The book could be written by Wilson Wilson!
Rating: Summary: Mindless Entertainment? I think not... Review: So, I'm in a foreign country where no one speaks English and I thought it would be a better time if I had something familiar from home, like a Tim Allen book of humor. I was looking for a little mindless entertainment...Allen's book is not just mindless entertainment, however, it actually makes you think about complex physics way beyond those gadgets and things you built in high school. I actually enjoyed thinking a little. Although it really wasn't my cup of tea, per se, I was kind of amazed that he could write about something so ordinary as a weekend and it would be the slightest bit interesting. Because if you actually examine the plot of the book, IT'S JUST NOT THERE. But, then again, he's not really there either...
Rating: Summary: Very Cool. Review: The book is very humorous, but occaisionally can confuse people. Overall a 9.
Rating: Summary: I enjoyed the beginning. Review: The book really pulled me into it right away, but in the middle section I got too confused with the mind's psyche. I never read his first book but with all the reviews i'll try it anyway. I feel that I still need to finish it before a true grade can be given. At least this book made me see that books doesn't always have to be boring
Rating: Summary: One of the most interesting books that digs into life. Review: This book caught me from the intro and it held me to the end. As he(tim allen) goes through everyday searching for a hood ornament and finding the meaning of life he is distracted by people relating to him from his dream(the intro)and then the strange man from the computer that keps mailing him telling him he has the answers. This book will keep you going.
