Review: I absolutely love this book. It is by far the best publication I have found to teach young singers the basics of the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). I found it very easy to understand and their are excellent charts for easy references. Although there are a few ocassional exceptions to rules that could be more easily explained, the basics are taught well. It receives my highest recommendation as a vocal instructor.
