Summary: Malmuth is a great writer, however no one plays draw anymore
Review: Malmuth is my favorite poker writer and he gives an extensive treatment to the games of draw and lowball. Unfortunately, draw and lowball are essentially dead forms of poker. There is no reason to add this to one's poker library.
