Review: If you're as crazy about the movie 'Titanic' as me than you'll love this book. After seeing 'Titanic' 7 times, and fully intending to go see it alot more, I wanted to get 'Titanic' in text. I read the book, expecting it to be good but not as powerful as the movie. That is until I burst into tears!! I was sooooo wrong. The book moved me just the same! Now I can't get enough of 'Titanic'!! The book or the movie. I'd reccommend the book to anyone, and I have. All my friends have read it. They back me up on my opinion! I'm even thinking of reccommending the book as required reading so I can read it,again, my ninth grade year. That way I can do a report on it.

When I finally saw the movie, WHOA!!! was I ever surprised! I was blown away by the movie and then decided, " Maybe the book is as good as the movie." I got the book, read it, and was impressed. My message to everyone: If you can't see the movie; then read the book!!!

Review: If Jack Dawson said to Rose Dewitt Bukatter, "Winning the ticket is the best thing ever happened to me. It brought me to you!" may be I should say, "Watching this movie is the best thing ever happened to me. It opened my eyes to TITANIC disaster!" I have seen the movie 4 times and planning to watch it again and again. I never get bored of this wonderful, beautiful, marvellous story of Titanic. I found myself a Titanic mania, I am hunting for any book and story on Titanic and love this book very much! Kate Winselt acted tremendously superb as Rose! She should win the Best Actress for this upcoming Academy Award! James Cameron's Titanic is unquestionably excellent story! There is no such "perfect" word to describe! Just watch and read the book, then you will know!

Review: No other movie related book captures the essence as Cameron's book. With behind the scenes footage and sketches, this books keeps the legend of the movie alive. Cameron is an excellent director and his devotion to the movies truly shines through in his book. I love how every person involved was in the book and not just the actors and director. Great book!!

Review: James Cameron created a masterpiece and with this he not only reminded us of the mortality and tragedy of man but also, of the romance and love waiting for each of us..but which so few of us ever find. With this movie he touched many a heart and made a lot of people stand still for a while and wonder... Seeing that I live in South Africa we get everything a bit later than the normal here. Therefore I have not read the book yet...but have seen the movie twice. Be sure that I will buy it as soon as it is published here. Anyone are free to mail me for a chat on this.

Summary: Fantasic Book!
Review: James Camerons Titanic would have to be the best film that I have ever seen. This book is a very good guide to the film and the production that went into it. I have the English edition which has no problems with the printing (eg Japanesse version) Worth getting for anyone interested in the movie or the Titanic itself. Beautiful companion piece to Titanic and illustrated history. Onto the movie itself. Best film I've ever seen I've seen this movie 6 times and plan to see it again before it finishes its run. Kate Winslet is the best and deserves to win the oscar for Best Actress. She was amazing. Leonardo Di Caprio was engaging as Jack and their romance was sooo intense. The last scene from the film was fantastic everytime I see the film I notice something different. Very touching scene. Great book and film I recommend it to everyone. Let's hope we see a "directors cut" sometime in the very near future.
