Review: What a surprise! My bf is Jewish, and a friend bought me this book, as I'm not particularly religious, but did want to know more about my bf's culture. I loved it! And, I finally "understood" so much more about him by reading A Little Joy/Oy. It's fun, informative, but in a truly unique way, gives you a feeling of the Jewish experience.I RECOMMEND IT TOTALLY!!!1

Review: WHERE DID THIS LITTLE GEM COME FROM?????? I GOT IT FROM A FRIEND BUT COULDN'T FIND IT IN THE [LOCAL STORE]. I LOVED THIS BOOK. IN 300 PLUS PAGES THE AUTHOR GAVE ME A RIP-ROARING, SOMETIMES SAD, ALWAYS FASCINATING RIDE THAT LEFT ME FEELING LIKE I KNEW SO MUCH MORE ABOUT MY CULTURE! INCREDIBLE CHOICE OF INFORMATION, INCREDIBLE BLEND OF HUMOR, FACTS, AND SENTIMENT! I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS BOOK HIGHLY ENOUGH.

Review: Who "NU" this bulging little book would be a classic keeper. I have read sections to family and friends who got hysterical with laughter, were surprised, and moved, all within a few pages.
