Review: This book is in serious need of editting - many of the calls are nothing more than transcripts, complete with "hello's, good-byes", and a liberal number of "huh's". While there are some funny 911 calls buried in all the text, the best parts are the pages that resolve the entire 911 conversation to a single question or comment.
