Rating: Summary: A must-read for any Phish fan Review: Whether you first saw Phish in the cafeteria at Goddard College or the Lemonwheel, the Phish Book needs to be in your library. Gehr maintains an objectivity that is difficult when one realizes how much time he spent with Trey, Mike, Page & Jon. A great companion to the Almanac.
Rating: Summary: A phair ophering Review: You're not going to get heavy criticism in an autobiography, but you're also not getting excessive fluff here in The Phish Book, a combined effort of the band and noted music writer Richard Gehr (also known for his liner notes to the Phish tribute album Sharin' in the Groove). Lots of great photos, some interesting stories, and good fun - even a bit moving at points.
