Summary: Great fun to read!
Review: This is a truly enjoyable book! This book really gave me insights into American history, and it was a hoot to read to boot. I enjoyed the diverse range of history presented, but most of all I enjoyed the good writing and the creative ways that the author answered his own "What If?" questions. I have already purchased copies of the book to give as Christmas presents.
