Rating: Summary: Opinion on Industrial light and Magic Review: This is the second book to come out of industrial light and
magic, the amazing special effects company that brought us
such movies as Star Wars. In this volume ILM chronicles its
second decade (1986-96) detailing the special effects in an easy to understand way, unfortunatly it does not go nearly
as in-depth as its predecessor ; only giving us a rough out-
line as to how the effects are created. It is still one of the
best on the market and should be of interest of any movie fan.
More serious effects buffs should check out the first book
by past ILM president Thomas G. Smith.
