Rating: Summary: amusing parnoia Review: Reminds of the woman at a woman's college that said it was a good thing for a man to be falsly accused of rape becuase it would be a learning experience. Only 3.6% of men are faithfull? Another case of woman good, man bad. Lies. Check out The Myth of Male Power for the truth.
Rating: Summary: I'm so glad to finally have this information about my man. Review: Since reading this book I look at my husband in a whole new light. I always wondered what he was doing in the bathroom for hour at a time. I have even bought an extra copy incase he finds it and throws it away. This book is my new relationship bible. Thank you Smith and Doe. Let's just hope their wives/girlfiends doen't decide to let the male population in on all our female secrets, lies and unspoken truths.
Rating: Summary: Sorry! Too late! Women are already reading it! Review: I read it cover to cover, enthralled with all my suspicions being absolutely validated! I *thought* so, but I was really hoping I was wrong ... Oh well! The cat's out of the bag now and I'm passing my copy around to every woman I know. One copy just isn't going to be enough, so I'm suggesting that women get on the 'net to Amazon and purchase their own before the presses are shut down on this explosive expose. My kudos to Smith and Doe for doing a job that has long needed doing. I hope their disguises hold out and that they're allowed to live to a ripe old age. If not, thank you anyway! It was worth it.
Rating: Summary: DO YOU WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH? READ THIS BOOK! Review: If you are a woman who doesn't want to know the truth about the men in your life, then this book is not for you. But if you are a woman who believes that KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, that to be FOREWARNED IS THE BE FOREAMRED; a woman who wants the UNBRIDLED, UNVARNISHED TRUTH ABOUT WHAT GOES ON INSIDE YOUR MAN'S HEAD then DON'T MISS THIS BOOK!
Rating: Summary: What would happen if Satan was honest Review: Smith and Doe have creatively presented women's greatest fears in a horrific humorous manner that will smuggle anxiety into your soul like a trojan horse of hell . The inner child is gone and what is left is the crude dude who is ruled by lust. Till now only locker rooms have been the forum for men to unviel their sexual deviations. The only way this book could have greater impact would be if you were to slap yourself on the head with it. In the short run, relationships will crumble under the weight of the text as if it were gospel. In the long run, through the exposure of what honesty looks like naked, romantic evolution is about to experience it's greatest dose of reality. This could be the most sobering literary event of your life. In a world of cyber anonymity Smith and Doe represent us all. This book will cause her to drink a fifth and you to plead it...My advie to females is to follow the books warning and read at your own risk. My advice to men in reference to the contents is to inwardly repent but outwardly deny!
Rating: Summary: Buy This Book Before The Women In Your Life Get It!!!! Review: I have never in my life laughed as hard as Idid until I picked up a copy of this book. This book should berequired reading for all men, but women might not like its revelations - among them that the only reason your man is with you at this moment is that he feels he can't do any better. This book rings true on so many counts, the authors have definitely put to paper what so many of us are afraid to say. Kudos to Smith and Doe for writing the book which I believe will far surpass the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Rating: Summary: The ultimate reveal of men's secrets to women Review: Memo to John Gray: DUCK! Women...you may never look at your man the same way again. Men... run away! Since man is essentially a sexual animal, anything is possible. So, ladies, look out, you've been warned. Authors Smith and Doe demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt that if a man -- one who may be married -- one whose wife may even be in a hospital, giving birth to their first child -- has the opportunity to engage in sexual relations with an attractive female (who is not his wife or girlfriend), with NO FEAR OF GETTING CAUGHT AND NO RISK OF SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES, he will do so. Always. Without fail. There are no exceptions. This and many other revelations to open the eyes of every woman (and ignite the fears of every man) can be found in "WHAT MEN DON'T WANT WOMEN TO KNOW." Using all the modern science at their disposal, Smith and Doe deeply probe the essence of the male animal to discover that man has only two basic states of being: "Loaded" and "Unloaded" (and we're not talking liquor here). When a man is in the "unloaded" state he is happy, fulfilled and loyal. When he's in said "loaded" state, well, ladies beware -- your man will look to "unload" whenever and wherever the opportunity arises -- and quite likely with whomever of the female persuasion. This ongoing internal battle of "loaded" versus "unloaded" underlies all the behavioral patterns of the male sexual animal. But ladies, it's not really a helpless cause. Smith and Doe have discovered through painstaking research that 3.6% of all men are completely faithful to their women. You can always shut your eyes and ears and pretend your man is one of the golden 3.6%. Guys, this is your warning call. If you're smart, you'll buy every last copy before your wives and girlfriends get their hands on it and become wise to the secret-busting revelations of Smith and Doe.
Rating: Summary: Great read-but now I feel like someone's blocked out the sun Review: Like I said in the title, this is a great read. I am in a serious relationship with a man who confessed to cheating on "every other woman he's ever been with other than me". Don't think I'm stupid enough to believe that, but I love him and I wanted to understand what is in a man's make up that makes him prone to this behavior. I myself have never cheated on anyone, the thought is actually quite repulsive. So I set out on a journey to learn what's really going on here and Smith & Doe have definately delivered. While on the one hand I'm glad to have this new light shed on my once happy little daydream, I can't help but feel contempt for all men. My happy daydream is now somewhat of a nightmare and to be honest, I feel like someone has blocked out the sun. Here's hoping that will pass and that I will become stronger for knowing the truth. And you will too. Read it especially if you are a woman in a relationship where fidelity is an issue. But heed Smith & Doe's warning at the beginning of the book. You will never ever look at any man in your life the same again.
Rating: Summary: The truth Review: The vast majority of this book's assertions are true. While virtually every man would deny it if this forum were not anonymous. Men have these attitudes though in all honesty all men do not always act upon them either for religious reasons, cowardice, or simply personal ethics. I bought this book for my daughter after reading a friend's copy. As the Latin saying goes" Caveat Emptor", let the buyer beware...women should also "be aware".
Rating: Summary: The truth Review: Alternately hilarious and disturbing, this book will ultimately make you do one of the two: laugh or cry. The laughs come with truths like this: "[If] your man is faithful, loving and true...he 's probably so unattractive that no other woman wants him. As time goes by, neither will you." And the heartwrenching truths like this will leave you wondering about your mate: "Eveything revolves around the ease of male access to orgasm while being able to tolerate you afterward. The second your man has an orgasm, where you are becomes the last place on the planet he wants to be." Armed with a 75 question fidelity test, depending upon the reader's perspective, the authors will either succeed in getting you to take an honest new look at your mate, or create divide. The authors state that "the point of this book is not to divide, but to facilitate communication between you and your man." If you can get through the book without throwing it across the room in utter disgust, if you can get to page 158's Condensed Guide to Training Your Man, if you can read every page without punching your man in his windpipe, communication just might be possible. I would have given the book 4 stars but the only helpful adivce given comes in the form of the shortest chapter in the book: the last chapter, "A Faint Ray of Hope (Or, my man is a dog)," and it's only 6 pages long.
