Summary: A fun book for Bondophiles!
Review: This is a great, lavishly illustrated book, and great companion for those of us who follow 007. The book illustrates the various gadgets and gizmos that 007 has made use of over the years and includes a film chronology which gives an overview of each adventure and illustrations of the climactic stunts in each picture. Learn everything about Bond from his clothes, his cars, the Walther PPK, and read the bios of his most celebrated adversaries and femme fatales.

Summary: Nice pictures! but that's it!
Review: This is definitly a book for children or future Bond fans (who have not seen a bond movie or do not know who James Bond is.
It contains a lot of nice pictures, drawings and photos but no interesting information what so ever. I was very excited when I got but I was disapointed. There was not even one fact I did not kwow!
Alastair Douglass: where is this secret world?
I gave it two stars for the briliant pictures and drawings but I must warn other Bond fans that this book does not give you information about our hero. You can definitly read this book within a half our, really. But watching pictures, you can fill up a whole evening with this book.

Summary: Your mission 007
Review: This is great, a book that finally explains all the little things you mite miss when you watch Bond. I really like the fact that at the begining The flims and James Bond himself are treated as being real, for me it adds to the enjoyment of picking it up every time.

Summary: "No, Mr.Bond, I expect you to buy!"
Review: This is one of the best books on Bond out there. Full of great pictures and cut-away diagrams that finally explain what many of us Bond fans have wanted to know, how does Q conceal those wonderful gadgets in everyday objects? Also gives step by step descriptions on 19 of Bonds missions. If you're a Bond fan, this is a must have.

Summary: I am a 007 Fan and I Love this Book
Review: This is one of the best oversized books or just flat out any book on James Bond I have ever seen. This is a color extravaganza on the world of 007. This is a well thought out and well-researched book. Nobody just sat down at a typewriter and simply wrote this book. It is constructed and written something akin from the perspective of a motion picture production designer. Every aspect of this book is consistent to the overall image that the name James Bond conjures up. What is really unique about this book is how official photographs and pictures were combined with images specifically designed and drawn for this publication. What especially impressed me upon first thumbing through the pages of this book was how the sets from each Bond film were reconstructed in 3 dimensional diagrams by artists showing how the action and the characters moved about on the screen thanks to cinematography, special effects and editing. This alone is an invaluable analysis of the look of these films and the illusion they produce to create the world of James Bond. Dorling Kindersley once again has published an impressive book with their distinct look and flair for quality. As a James Bond fan this book is above and beyond anything I had ever expected.

Summary: All the details
Review: Who new all that thought actually went into a bond movie? I really didn't expect the detail of the illustrations or the wealth of information in this book.
