Review: This Casino Gambling Book is TOPS

Back in the late 80's I read Jerry Paterson's best selling book, "BlackJack: A Winner's Hand Book. That Book provided me with an absolute "WOW" factor in playing the multi-deck shoe games. It advanced my knowledge on how to win at Blackjack many levels. Since then I have read every book I can find that Jerry Patterson has written.

After reading his newest Book, Casino Gambling, it's easy to understand why it's also a Best Selling Book on Gambling. This book contains fresh facts on what you need to know about how to play all the major games in today's casinos. The book takes the "mystery" out of Blackjack, Craps, Roulette and other casino games. Jerry addresses all skill levels equally well, amateur to professional, with many thought provoking strategies: Betting, money management, mental preparation, do's & don'ts that are based on proven facts from actual casino play in today's games, from Atlantic City to Las Vegas, including River Boats and Indian Reservation casinos.

I was able to put "Winning Factors" for the multi-deck blackjack game to good use right away after reading the book on my next casino visit.

Craps is covered in depth including all the important betting strategies, the odds payoffs, well structured money management systems and is easy to understand. This book provides a sound strategy, the best I have seen on dice control, for becoming an "advantage" craps player.

Understanding "how to play with an advantage" on Blackjack, Craps and Roulette is very enlightening and I found that the advantage method for each game actually works.

Summary: Learn all the games, Rake in all the Chips!
Review: This is an awesome book. Jerry explains the major casino games in a very clear and easy to understand manner. I had never played craps before, but after reading Jerry's book, I took a stab at the craps pit. Not only did I have a great time, but watching my stack of chips increase brought a smile to my face as well. Traditionally I played only blackjack and Roulette in the casino. Jerry's tips helped me to improve my Blackjack play, and instead of my usual breaking even at the BJ tables, I've started coming out ahead. I used to play Roulette just for fun, but using the 6-number bet I learned in this book, I doubled my starting bankroll in a very short time and kept on playing. Also, the lessons on Video Poker and Baccarat have helped me learn to play those better and have more fun. Overall this book is great...teaches you the games you may have once thought were intimidating, Thereby increasing the fun you can have at the casino and not losing your shirt! Highly recommended for all skill levels!
