Summary: Beautiful Book!
Review: A terrific book - excellent for kids and adults. The explanations are clear and the planes are beautiful. It's everything you need to build and fly great planes.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The best book I've ever read about paper airplanes.
Review: After I had red your book, I have to fold all of the airplanes for my son David. That was a hard work, because I had to fold some of them more than once. But David loved them. It is unbelievable that the Vortex will be able to fly. Very good !!!

Summary: Best Airplanes I have ever made
Review: These planes are the best probably on the face of the earth. I made these planes and read a book about aero dynamics the planes did things I never seen are heard reuglar airplanes. Do I would stick colored pencils in it lanch them at people and hit them in the head. My dog Wipe Out always chase them and catch them in his mouth and brings them back to me even if I run from him chase me to give them back but if he gets tried he will rip them up

Summary: A colorful but simple book,
Review: This book has everything that makes a great airplane book except the airplanes. The designs are simple, most of these planes can be learned in any school room. At least one, one of the more clever designs, was previously published in the International Papar Airplane Book, which I feel is a much superior book. This book is more fitting for very young paper pilots with its simple designs and colorful tearouts. The explanation of flight on the author's web page is the best thing about the book and its not even in the book! The only thing this book has going for it is the World Record plane and the story about breaking the record. I felt the folding intructions for this plane were incomplete.

Summary: The complete guide to making and flying paper airplanes.
Review: This book was originally written as a way of relating how I set the Guinness record for paper airplanes, but evolved into a complete guide to making and flying paper airplanes. The book contains everything I have learned - from aeronautical engineering, to games for children. Included in the book is my world record story, why airplanes fly, why they crash, how to win contests, paper airplane soaring, and lots more. A laminated runway/target is included in the book to be used for target practice. The book includes rip-out pages for making 100 colorful paper airplanes.

Summary: Great for children
Review: This is an excellent book for children. My daughter and I have enjoyed making several of these paper airplanes together, starting from when she was six. Having multiple copies of the brightly coloured tear out pages for each model means that she and I can both make the same plane - important when guiding small children through the more complicated parts of some of the models. Now my daughter is nine she can build the models herself with only a little assistance.

Each of the models we have built has been easy enough to build, looked attractive, flown well and the heavy paper model has lasted for some time. These elements mean that the book covers all the bases as far as I'm concerned.

The models are simple, but this is at least part of the attraction of both paper airplanes and this book. Quick to build and fun to fly. I've tried more complicated paper building projects and if it takes more than a few minutes and too much assembly of pieces most small children are not interested.

My daughter and I seem to go through a fad each summer of spending a day or two building and flying planes - with a hundred to make we will be at it for a while yet and will be continuing to enjoy this book.
