Review: With the weather being good, I put this book to the test and I got one awesome video made with 2 hot brunettes for practically nothing. I was stunned after making the video on how easy it was. It took a couple hours for me just to realize I didn't pay these women any money. I'm lucky I ordered this book... because without it, I would not be telling this amazing episode now! Bring on ACT 2!

Review: Not even informative enough for its topic. If you want to know about the all inside angles from start to finish, how much it cost to replicate, actress fee etc and a hell of a lot more information in regards to the porn industry I recommend a book that has it all, called Cut Throat Business, I am having the last word. The author was an editor and talks about all that and so much more. There is where you will find information about the topic above.

Summary: Not worth the price, but it is worth something.
Review: This book is written in an unorganized manner, much of the material is dated, and his thoughts are scattered where he repeats the same unimportant information 3 to 4 times. If the book was organized into chapters, this would not occur. Maybe when he started out 12 years ago the information he is giving was useful, but the technology of modern society has changed. He makes no reference to making quality videos in DV format so that distrubuters will consider buying from you. Many distributors like to see a better quality format than VHS or 8mm, in fact they will not buy from you if it looks like a cheap production. It would also be helpful if he included a sample copy of the model release forms that he was talking about. Also he list video duplicating companies in the appendix with the company name, address, phone, but NO Website or E-mail Addresses. As I said the book needs to be up on current business technology applications. However on a good note the book is inspiring and motivates you to take that first step into the wonderful prosperous world of the Adult Video Business. I just wish he would issue a revised edition of the book to reflect the modern aspect of the business.

Summary: Barely qualifies as a "book"
Review: This little pamphlet is a complete joke. If you're fantasizing about making adult films, don't waste your money on this. The author obviously knows absolutely nothing about the industry. It's like something written by a shut-in who's never done anything but fantasize. And his fantasies are not even hot. It's laughable for about one page, then you lose interest. There is no information about distribution or making money off your product through the established companies. Just going to seedy motels and hitting on chicks, or putting ads in swinger's magazines is not going to do it. This would be laughable if it didn't cost thrity bucks. Rip off.
